Why you so obsessed with me………….
I love reading about what people are obsessing over on their blogs. I’m so nosey! Over Christmas I had two weeks off from work so I managed to do a lot of film watching and online shopping. It was heaven. Since having time to laze about instead of rushing everywhere I found some amazing things that I want to share!
I’ll watch anything if Sarah Lancashire is in it. I think she is one of the best actresses in the world. I haven’t seen her on TV for a while until I saw the advert for Channel 4’s KIRI. I watched the first episode on Thursday and was flawed. The acting, plot and music was amazing. Sarah plays a social worker whose whole world turns on its head when a child get murdered on her watch. I highly recommend this TV show! It’s pretty hard hitting but what drama isn’t at the moment.
I used to buy bottled water on the daily, yeah I know, AWFUL but I just never got round to buying a reusable water bottle. I’ve seen Bobble Bottles pretty much everywhere, in every supermarket and health food shop around. I wanted a 1 litre water bottle, none of those 500ml or huge tankard bottles, I wanted one that fits perfectly in the middle. I saw glowing reviews for these bottles on amazon and thought seeing as it was only £6, I’d give it a whirl.
I’ve been drinking about 2 litres of water a day, which is amazing for me. It’s so easy, just fill it up at the tap and it does all the filtering for you. Admittedly the quality of the bottle isn’t the best but for the moment it’s great. I’ve seen a significant change in the clarity of my skin since I’ve been drinking more and that’s enough to keep me going.
At the moment I’m reading The Interestings by Meg Wolitzer and the writing is absolutely incredible. Meg’s words are so inviting and addictive, I find myself turning the pages without looking up for ages. I’m very excited to read her other books The Wife and The Female Persuasion which is coming out in June. If you’re looking for a new novel then look no further!
The Times Up Movement
Buh-bye Woody Allen!
I bought this because The Original Oatly was out of stock. It tastes the same but foams like a dairy milk would. I have a little electric whisk to hand and it’s a little bit like having a shop bought coffee at home. Nearly but not quite.
They are on fire at the moment. Honestly so tasty! The perfect snack.
How about you?
