Happy New Year! I don’t have a huge list of resolutions, I mainly want to focus on my health. I’m a hugely anxious person so New Years and all the ‘new year, new me’ celebrations it brings sends me into a panic. I don’t have anything I want to improve on massively, I just want a calmer mindset.
Saying all of that, I have a few little goals I want to achieve this January…
Read My Cousin Rachel by Daphne Du Maurier. My mum bought me this book and I’m very eager to read it. Rebecca is one of my all time faves so I doubt this will let me down. Plus the cover I was given is really beautiful.
STOP starting sentences with but. Really Molly, stop!
Do a hair mask once or twice a week. I never do a lot with my hair. I think I’m going to treat myself to some GHD Curlers to give me the oomph to make it a little more presentable. I’m using the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer at the moment and it does wonders for my locks.
Stick to my diary. I bought a Ban.do diary because I want to be more productive and aware of what I’m doing. I never write appointments down or anything so I’m hoping this will keep me on the straight and narrow.
I bought this bright pink diary so I won’t ever lose or forget to write in it. It’s hideously pink and probably meant for teenagers but hey I love it and it comes with free stickers. What’s not to love?
