2 Cocktails To End The Year With

I haven’t blogged for a while, I’ve sort of taken Christmas off. I’ve been in a blogging funk, I don’t know what to say and everything I photograph looks pretty dire. So what better way to bring myself back into the blogosphere than with a post about cocktails. Here are two absolutely dreamy vegan cocktails to end the year with!

Almond Nogg

I stole this recipe from Tessa Ward. I adore her website and found this on it and it’s an absolute dream.

Two servings:

5 Medjool Dates

2 Teaspoons of Vodka (or more if you fancy)

A pinch of sea salt

6 cubes of ice

2 cups of Almond Milk

1 Teaspoon of ground Cinnamon & extra for dusting

1 Teaspoon of ground Ginger

1 Teaspoon ground Cardamom

Blitz everything and pour straight into your glasses. Dust with a little cinnamon for an extra festive fix.

The Rudolph

If you’re looking for a fancier drink then look no further. The Rudolph is such a beautiful tasting cocktail that is also really glam and fun to look at.

1 Serving

60ml Gin

30ml St. Germaine

Champagne (or prosecco)

A few Red Currents or Cranberries to add for decoration.

Tip: Put your champagne glasses in the fridge for an hour so they’re nice and frosty.

Pour the gin and St. Germaine into a coup and then top with the champagne. Add the currents.
